Low Intensity CBT Workbooks

The Cedar resources on this page (including Obsessive Compulsive Disorder: A Self-Help Book; University of Manchester) were translated by NHS England as part of the work to advance equality of access to NHS Talking Therapies services. These documents were selected for translation following a review of research into low intensity materials, and feedback from NHS Talking Therapies practitioners and therapists. The languages that the resources have been translated into are the top 10 preferred languages after English per the NHS Talking Therapies dataset.

All workbooks are freely available for individual use in clinical practice where a treatment fee is not payable.
