Supervised Pathway Training in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)/Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

How to apply

Our Supervised Pathway is closed until 2018. Further information about applications will be available on the website in the autumn of 2017. Details will be announced via Twitter and our newsletter (please contact Jo Rees if you do not currently receive it and would like to)

In the meantime you may want to look at the framework guide and build your own pathway (keeping a record for your portfolio. You can still apply for our workshops and other training events

One place to find a supervisor is The Mindfulness Network.

The mindfulness network and Gaia House are great places to find retreats specifically for MBSR/MBCT teachers.
